So let’s head to the gym and let’s pick some exercises Primal Core Testosterone the most bang for your buck shall we?

Let’s start with the deadlift. The deadlift is one of the most incredible exercises in existence. There isn’t one muscle left untouched with this incredible exercise. It’s the most natural exercise one can perform! Pick something heavy off the ground and you have just that, a deadlift! Of course proper form and technique is a must! Be sure to arch your back and use your legs, keep the core tight and don’t shrug your shoulders at the top or hyper-extend your back (lean right back at the top).

Squats. Barbell squats in all it’s variations! Front squats and back squats are very good. Again, not one muscle is left untouched here. Just load up the barbell on your back and squat down and drive your heels into the ground and squat back up! Simple! A to B! Make sure your back is straight and go to parallel at the very least! No 1/4 repetitions here!

Overhead presses (ha you thought I was going to say bench press weren’t you?). Just load a barbell or dumbbell to the maximum and press it over the head and lower it to your chest (or shoulders) and repeat!

Weighted carries. Dumbbell carries AKA the farmer’s walk, overhead press and walks, trap bar dead lift and carries you name it! You have to experience it to know when I say that you can just feel the benefits of doing these exercises by the burn and “primal” feel of doing something that seems so natural.

You’ve got the exercises, now let’s talk about sets and reps.

First of all, I don’t like prescribing sets. Screw sets, just do as many as you can in a certain amount of time and move on, that’s the best way to do it! For repetitions I suggest going heavy with what you are comfortable. Keep the rest sort at first and increase as needed. So what a awesome session would look like is deadlift of 3 repetitions for 10–20 minutes with 30 seconds rest in between to start, then overhead presses for 3–5 repetitions the same way you did the deadlift. Brutal workout that’ll flood you with hormones, work your muscles and tax your cardio all at once. You’ll get stronger too!

Now the main reason why you are here! How training this way and doing exercises like these increase libido in men.

Notice a trend with all these exercises? They work every part of your body at once, they work well when lifted heavy, and they are all very natural movements to do. As for the training itself, when you train, you invoke a particular response for the body to adapt a certain way. When you lift something heavy that works every part of your body, you’ll increase testosterone since it is testosterone (and growth hormone) that helps you build muscle and shed fat. If you look at anyone who does some kind of compound movement like sprinters you’ll see they have plenty of muscle. See someone like a jogger and they won’t have so much muscle. Why? Because running for a long period of time makes cortisol levels rise and that in turn robs Primal Core Testosterone!
